These terms govern your use of Anna Aide, operated by Nandeep Nagarkar, operating as SVAG Labs ("we", "us", "Anna"). By paying for and using Anna, you agree to these terms.
Anna is an AI-powered executive assistant that operates through email. Anna connects to your Google account via OAuth to read your Gmail, manage your calendar, and save documents to your Drive. Anna generates daily intelligence briefs, assists with scheduling, monitors email topics, and provides company research — all delivered via email with no separate app required.
As a Trailblazer, you may choose from three plans, all with identical features:
Your price is locked for the term you're on. If pricing changes later, Monthly and Annual plans renew at the new rate starting your next billing date — your current paid term is never affected. Supporter is locked for the full three years, since it's a one-time charge with no renewal.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Monthly and Annual plans are recurring subscriptions, billed automatically until cancelled. Supporter is a one-time charge — $999 grants three years of access with no recurring billing.
Anna checks her own inbox (anna.eaide@gmail.com) every 5 minutes for new messages from you, and sends briefs at 6 AM and 6 PM daily by default. Your Gmail, Calendar, and Drive are separate — Anna reads those only as needed to fulfill a specific request, not on this same 5-minute cycle. We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated by email where possible.
Anna is provided as-is. We are not liable for errors in actions taken on your behalf, including scheduling, research, or email coordination.
Anna's use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Anna accesses only what you explicitly authorize via OAuth and only for the purpose of serving your directives.
Anna's software, prompts, behavioral intelligence system, and all related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Nandeep Nagarkar, operating as SVAG Labs. Your data remains yours. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of your emails, calendar, or documents.
We treat your account information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties except as required to operate the service (see Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
You may cancel anytime — through your Stripe billing portal (linked in your receipt) or by emailing svaglabs@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not end your access early. Monthly and Annual access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. Supporter access continues for the full three years regardless of cancellation, since it's a one-time payment with nothing left to bill.
You may revoke Anna's Google account access yourself at any time, independent of your subscription status, via your Google Account settings. Your Google Drive documents, emails, and calendar are never affected by cancellation or access revocation.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nandeep Nagarkar, operating as SVAG Labs, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Anna, including but not limited to missed meetings, incorrect scheduling, or errors in research briefs.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We will notify active users by email before any material change to these terms. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
